Hi, I'm Amber, the founder of Chic-a-Pic Photography & Picnic.

My journey has taken me from growing up in beautiful Malaysia, to working as a journalist, and eventually making the United States my home.

Storytelling has always been at the heart of everything I do.

I spent years capturing stories through words before discovering my true passion for telling them through photographs.

Today, I'm based in sunny San Diego, where I specialize

in intimate weddings, adventurous elopements, and heartfelt celebrations

throughout Southern California and beyond.

My photography style is timeless, romantic, and documentary-inspired.

I believe the most meaningful images are the ones you never have to pose for -- the joyful laughter, quiet tears, gentle touches, and fleeting glances that reveal your love exactly as it is.
